Philosophy

A product or web site can be beautifully presented and elegantly coded, but if people can't use it, it is not a success. NANMANN works with organizations to develop and execute a strategy for making products easy-to-use. We do this by researching target customers, identifying their needs, and designing user interfaces that solve their problems.

Bio

Nancy Mann is Principal of NANMANN. In her 15 years as a user experience designer, she has designed web-based interfaces, created help systems, and studied users in their native environments. She began her career at Boston's Museum of Science where she planned and designed interactive exhibits. Most recently, Nancy was a Staff Engineer in the area of human-computer interaction at Sun Microsystems. She is passionate about incorporating user needs into the design of software.
